Returns and Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. All items may be returned to us provided they are unused and in a resalable condition. This includes all products labels, tags, packaging and manuals. Welding Solutions cannot accept Returns if goods have used, damaged or tested. Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase date. We will be happy to assist you with our returns process. Change of mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee minus original shipping cost.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect items and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We do not refund on shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would recommend sending your returns by registered post, or courier as we cannot be responsible for goods that may become lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS
We cannot provide refunds/exchange on products that are specially ordered non stock items or custom manufactured.
Welding Solutions WA PTY LTD goods are covered by manufacturers and supplier’s independent warranties for individual products.
Manufacturer’s warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods.
Welding Solutions reserves the right to inspect any defective items prior to any warrant consideration being issued.
Refunds are not applicable on warranty goods as the goods have already been used.
Manufacturer’s warranties will not cover goods that may have become defective from improper maintenance, improper use and accidental damage.
